How to Purchase Tickets for the Holly Ball

We are using a secure, bonded shopping cart and merchant account vendor, PayPal for accepting payments. To find out more, check out the Security Information Page.

This year we have been accepting donations and sponsorships to help subsidize the attendance of our Midshipmen and Cadets. Therefore, their tickets are $50 each. Other guests, including Parents, Relatives and friends' tickets are $60 each.

If you are the parents of a Midshipmen or Cadet who is planning on attending the Holly Ball and would like to buy tickets for all three of you, here are the steps you should take:

1. Purchase a ticket for the Midshipman or Cadet directly below.
   1. Enter the Name of the Academy He or She is attending along with their graduation year. Just type it into the text field.
   2. Indicate if you are puchasing a ticket for someone in your party who will be attending, or if you are purchasing a ticket as a sponsor for another Midshipmen/Cadet who would like to attend, but can't afford to pay. Once you have completed the purchasing process, you will also be given the opportunity to Donate to the Ball.
2. Once you hit "Add to Cart" you will be taken to a page that allows you to pay via credit card, check or PayPal.
3. Provide the number of Midshipman/Cadet tickets you would like to purchase. In this example, you need to purchase 1 ticket.
4. Make sure you provide your email address to the shopping cart software. It will be used to find your tickets that we are holding at the door.
5. You will be presented with the option to Continue Shopping & will be returned to this site.
6. Repeat the process, but this time Purchase Tickets for Parents or Guests. When you are asked the quantity of tickets you would like to purchase, you're going to enter 2 (for the parents). Hit the Update Cart button to re-compute the payment amount.
7. Now you can Proceed to Check Out and pay for the tickets.

Make sure you bring either your receipt from the shopping cart or the email address you used to purchase your tickets on the night of the event.
